Ambs came to Michigan Software Labs in 2019 looking for a custom web portal to help managers track employee attendance by showing records of call-ins. Over the years, we’ve provided multiple enhancements to the platform—each focusing on improving functionality and user experience.
Several years later, the partnership continues. In 2024, Ambs once again reached out to MichiganLabs for a quick and efficient fix. Their legacy system's API had a pending update that would cause authentication to the application to break, leaving managers without crucial attendance data—making it difficult to plan shifts and manage staffing efficiently.
