Kawasaki Engines U.S.A. produces nearly 1,000,000 new small engines per year. They needed a way to improve the user’s experience and reduce paper waste by creating a new digital product.


The new digital product allows users to scan a barcode for existing engines or a QR code for new engines that are being manufactured with QR codes. Once scanned, the user is given the opportunity to order parts, find a nearby dealer, or view specific information about their Kawasaki engine.
