Outside the Box
When you first open the box, you’ll notice just how thin the iPhone 5 is now. At 0.3 inch, the device is thinner than before and according to Apple it is the thinnest phone in the world. It wasn’t too thin that we felt it would break, but surprisingly thin.
As you know, the iPhone 5 is taller than the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4s. There is also a new connector which we will be testing over the next few weeks. The new Ear Buds sound fine, but won’t replace your upgraded Bose headphones.
The camera on the iPhone 5 is the most impressive feature. Lowlight looks really good. Also, the 40 percent improvement in the time between shots is noticeable. We took a few still images while recording 1080p hi-def video and that worked great.
